  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and participate in Quality Assurance programs.
  • Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacists, and report resident complaints or grievances.
