Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
You will develop and execute preventive maintenance systems, build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, and represent the site as the technology owner in regional and global forums.
