Miele S.r.l is seeking an Account Specialist to manage key customer relationships and drive sales growth for their premium domestic appliances in Hawthorn East, Victoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within the retail or sales management sectors, preferably in the white goods industry, and will possess strong communication and training skills

Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for ensuring continual growth in sales from domestic MCA accounts through the development of relationships, customer plans and training to drive Miele brand advocacy and grow Miele’s share of business.
  • Provide regular and interactive in store product training sessions to MCA’s to support key promotional initiatives.
