The role requires defining and implementing a consistent department project management methodology that includes tollgates, communication plans, and effective risk management practices.

Base: $108,750-$159,500; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
