Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or technical discipline
• 10+ years of accumulated technical learnings and experiences
• Demonstrated track record in engineering leadership roles
• Mastery of problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Green Belt certification or equivalent required
• Project Management certification preferred
• Financial acumen for P&L management
