Must-have

  • Strong communication skills for cross functional teams

  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Experience as Major Incident manager
  • Experience in large enterprise Operations Command Center

Key Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in analyst or development role
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
  • Major Incident management experience (preferred)
