Job Summary

• Provide excellent front-line client services to support clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues.
• Duties include responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in professional manner and answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately.
• Evening and weekend hours will be eligible for shift differential, and holidays are required based on a team rotation.
