The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
The OSU postpartum unit features 49 private rooms designed to support a truly family‑centered experience, encouraging birth parents and infants to remain together throughout their stay.
Our nursing team partners closely with OB physicians, nurse midwives, pediatric providers, social workers, case managers, and lactation consultants to deliver coordinated, compassionate, and comprehensive care.
