Must-have

10+ years of finance experience
3+ years as Finance Director
US GAAP closing and statutory reporting
Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance
FP&A and Annual Operation Plan management
Nice-to-have
Prior biotech or pharma industry experience
Fluent in English and local Japanese language
Experience interfacing with Global Business Services
