The Residence Life Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the UBC Student Residential Experience while directly supervising a team of 20 to 30 Residence Advisors.
This role requires managing complex emergency responses, conducting independent investigations into community standard disruptions, and fostering healthy student communities through educational programming.
Candidates must be willing to live in an assigned apartment and maintain 24-hour on-call availability for their assigned area as well as participate in a rotating residence-wide schedule.
