Salary
Flat Rate: $23 - $32 / Hour; Guarantee: Minimum wage if flat rate earnings fall below local/state minimum; Benefits: Comprehensive package included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice-to-have
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in collision or glass services
Willingness to follow WOW plan instructions
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE American Service Excellence certification preferred
