Job Summary

• The Maintenance Group Leader will be responsible for leading a group of skilled, hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes.
• Selected candidates will gain the chance to develop new skills while contributing to the advancement of manufacturing processes that support the groundbreaking shift toward electric and autonomous vehicles.

Key Requirements

• One year direct team supervisory experience
• 5 months internal GM per diem group leader
• Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic blueprints
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts
