Job Summary

  • Gray Healthcare are recruiting a female Support Worker to support a female with a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
  • The person we support lives independently in their own home receiving 1-2-1 support 24 hours a day.
  • We provide an initial week of training which is a combination of online training and in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK.
