Job Summary

  • This position is accountable to the Field Operations Senior Manager and is responsible for transforming strategy into the delivery of Santos Foundation program activities in partnership with key stakeholders in Southern Highlands and Gulf Provinces.
  • Key accountabilities include working closely with provincial health authorities and governments to enable effective program implementation, collaborating with field-based leads, and providing camp management support.
  • The role requires extensive experience as a senior manager in a development environment, strong leadership and change management skills, and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.
