Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Troubleshoot 480V three-phase electrical systems
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery
  • Repair and replace broken industrial components
  • Operate diagnostic tools like voltmeters

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MIG/TIG and stick welding
  • Ability to read plant PID prints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong commitment to safety culture
  • Knowledge of technical service manuals

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
  • Minimum 5-7 years of industrial experience preferred
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in industrial maintenance
  • Basic understanding of MSDS and safety procedures
