Job Summary
The Edison Engineering Development Program aims to deliver world-class engineers capable of solving climate crisis problems while providing electricity.
Participants will complete four rotations over two years across disciplines including Design, Analysis, Manufacturing, and Reliability.
The program offers accelerated learning through advanced courses, mentorship from world-class technologists, and networking with executive leaders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Recent or soon-to-be graduate with MSc or BSc degree
Unrestricted work authorization to work in Poland
Willingness to work onsite in Warsaw majority of time
Fluent in English communication skills
Available to start full time by mid-June or July 2026
Nice-to-have
Prior intern or research experience in design engineering
Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
Passion for working in the energy industry
Ability to articulate technical problems clearly
Experience in international project teams
Key Requirements
MSc or BSc in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or related engineering fields
No more than 2 years of industry experience including internships
Desire to stay in Poland post-program completion
CV must be submitted in English
