This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of training and professional development initiatives across the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
The manager will supervise a team of Learning & Development Specialists while developing clinical training programs specifically for clinicians and licensed professionals.

Key Requirements
Master's degree and two years professional experience
Two years supervisory experience required
Experience developing clinical training in behavioral health field
Willingness to fulfill job-related travel requirements
