Job Summary

  • Responsible for the overall order management flow of customer demand, including reviewing, entering, and editing customer orders.
  • Works closely with the MillerKnoll Dealer network as well as internal departments to assure the quick release of orders to Scheduling.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and in a timely manner, including both electronic and manual requests.
