You will serve as the primary liaison for key customers, ensuring seamless execution of the end-to-end order-to-delivery (OTD) process.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing best practices that enhance service delivery and reduce waste.
