Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5+ years document creation experience
  • Strong understanding of Group Benefits products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of WCAG and AODA accessibility standards
  • Experience with version control and metadata management

Nice-to-have

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience with HotDocs Developer or CLM systems
  • Bilingual documentation capabilities (English/French)
  • Familiarity with rules-based document automation markup
  • Ability to translate conditions into logic rules

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of document creation or technical writing experience
  • Ideal experience in Group Benefits or insurance/financial services sector
