Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly, recording all entries on flow sheets, and reporting any changes in condition or accidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring a calm and positive atmosphere throughout the unit.
