Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to less than 5 years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use and adjust a microscope
  • Proficiency in reading English work instructions
  • Experience working with small parts for extended periods

Nice-to-have

  • Previous medical device experience preferred
  • Experience with soldering hand tools and power drills
  • Experience working with catheters in cleanroom environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience training other employees
