Job Summary
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership for the Microbiology Network across sites in Rahway, NJ; West Point, PA; and Schachen, Switzerland.
This role is directly responsible for managing a team of approximately sixty internal and external scientists while ensuring GMP readiness and compliance.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $231,900.00 to $365,000.00 with eligibility for annual bonuses and long-term incentives.
