Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Finance Administrator for a remote position within their Facilities Hub team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as a proficiency in analytical tools

Job Summary

  • The Finance Administrator will manage and maintain Facilities Hub Client Master Files, create and submit Master Data Forms for new/updates of client locations in CMMS Systems, and create and maintain Purchase Orders.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing expense/revenue, supporting vendor compliance, processing accrual tracking, managing Accounts Receivable, and coordinating the start-up of new services.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
  • Solid general ledger and GAAP knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Experience with accounting/database systems (Oracle JD Edwards, Kronos, CMMS)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
