Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Child and Youth Care Studies or equivalent
  • Five years’ experience in child and adolescent mental health and addictions
  • CYC Practitioner certification preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within last 12 months
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification
  • Valid Class 5 Nova Scotia driver’s license with clean abstract
  • Minimum two years’ mental health experience with children and adolescents
