The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
The role requires administering medications, maintaining detailed charting, and ensuring all personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
Employees must participate in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and staff development training including OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
