Job Summary
This position plays a lead role in developing and evolving the CSL’s enterprise strategy, leading Enterprise-wide, often global initiatives, coordinating and leading cross functional teams, identifying opportunities, evaluating options and making recommendations back to the executive management team and to the Board.
The position is also focused on identifying as well as executing end-to-end corporate development / M&A transactions.
This is a highly visible role internally, with responsibilities that contribute directly to scaling the company to the next phase of growth.
