Job Summary
This role is expected to lead, manage, and deliver small to medium size key strategic business transformation OPS projects and initiatives that will help uplift VONB, KPIs, CX etc.
Assists in the execution of insurance operations strategy through the implementation of key transformation projects that will modernize insurance operations’ systems and processes.
He/ She is expected to develop relationships with all levels of executives, staff and vendors and oversee the accuracy, timely, and complete delivery of supported projects, from initiation to post deployment.

Key Requirements
