Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their individual assessment and care plan.
• Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.

Base: $18 to $22 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials, overtime, and premiums may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and 7 paid holidays
