Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be involved in hiring and onboarding processes for your team, and provide continuous, constructive feedback and coaching to help engineers grow.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic primitives with verification loops for quality assurance.
