Key Requirements

  • 2 years general work experience required
  • 1 to 2 years dispatcher experience preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Valid driver's license with no violations in last 3 years
  • Pass background investigation and drug test
  • Type at least 35 words per minute
  • Qualify for DC Security Officer License
  • APCO and FEMA ICS certifications required or obtainable
