Base: $170,400.00 - $255,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Key Requirements
Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree
Minimum 7 years relevant experience
Minimum 5 years managerial experience
Hands-on NPD/NPI experience
Project/program management expertise
Technical proficiency in product/process development
Strong business acumen and operational costing understanding
