Job Summary
As Senior Learning & Development Manager focused on enterprise capabilities, you will lead programs and initiatives shaping how every Rippler works, starting with AI fluency and embedding learning and cultural frameworks.
You will own the strategy for making the Real Colors framework a cultural staple, drive understanding of Ripple's product line, and champion the company's learning ecosystem.
The role requires 6+ years in L&D with demonstrated AI practitioner experience, proven facilitation and coaching skills, and comfort with data to identify gaps and make decisions.
