Griffith Lab is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manage order fulfillment, communicate with supply chains, analyze data, and oversee customer service improvements in Zhongshan, China. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, inventory control, and customer complaint resolution

Job Summary

  • Ensure that all orders for our customers are delivered on time and in full and aligned with company KPI.
  • Communicate with supply chain about customer orders including urgent cut in, temporary promotion, new product launch, push out/cancellation etc. to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Daily management and continuous improvement of customer service. Assist and handle temporary tasks assigned from manager.
