Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen the sales organization, optimizing processes and aligning sales strategy with partner and market needs.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners like distributors and data providers, while leveraging sales data for strategic recommendations and reporting on COMIRNATY® sales performance.
Lead projects such as sales trainings and conferences, identify and implement a suitable CRM system, and define KPIs for continuous sales performance monitoring.
