Job Summary

  • The Manager Slot Operations will focus on accomplishing the goals of the slot department consistent with property values including guest relations and business development.
  • Provides support, leadership, motivation, training, coaching, and mentoring to all direct reports and subordinates while fostering teamwork and empowerment.
  • Ensures compliance with NGCB MICS rules, supervises daily slot floor operations, and develops strategies to continuously improve guest service.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years related experience
  • Five years experience in hotel/gaming preferred
  • Must obtain Nevada Gaming Card
  • Valid Nevada Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
