  • Ability to lead capital projects from concept through handover

  • Hands-on technical knowledge of bioreactors and CIP/SIP systems
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills
  • Experience mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement
  • Track record leading technical evaluations in regulated environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years experience
