Key Requirements
Experience in a similar role or senior Groomer
Ability to create and embed strong safety practices
Good knowledge of specific breed clips
Physically fit, with ability to lift heavy animals
Maintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases
Proven ability to exceed grooming KPIs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
