  • The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for ensuring our agency attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline in anticipation of future needs.
  • The TAM manages all aspects of the recruitment cycle including job posting, phone screens, job offers and works with the rest of the HR team for onboarding and orientation.
