  • Apply extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the company.
  • Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, disciplinary actions, employee departures, policy interpretation, conflict of interest and risk mitigation.
  • Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function.

  • U.S. citizenship is required
