Job Summary
Ensure and maximize fleet availability for customers based in London, Bristol and Plymouth through effective management and reporting on all fleet maintenance, repair and service of rolling stock powerpacks.
Lead and manage a team of engineers, with team leaders and supervisors, and create and roll out all internal KPI performance reporting on a periodic basis.
From an engineering / service background with NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or Equivalent, relevant managerial operational competencies, and technical knowledge of engines.
