  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good maintenance skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Deep technical expertise across multiple equipment classes or broad technical skillset
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices
