Job Summary
Facilitate and implement Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.
Support local level partners to identify needs and their underlying causes; and recognizing local assets and resources which could support them in meeting these needs, mobilize these in programme implementation.
Work with AP manager on Representing WVI-C at District/Commune department offices, promote collaborative relationship for successful implementation of development programmes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, social development studies or related field
2 years experience in Public Health, Nutrition, WASH, Maternal and Child health
2 years experience in education programming
2 years experience in Children Adolescent and Youth programmes
Experience building relationships with local government and NGO partners
