The Senior Manager, Human Resources is a key member of the Site Leadership Team responsible for strategic and operational success for over 700 associates.
This role requires proactively creating actionable HR initiatives that enable the enterprise to achieve its goals while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will lead change management initiatives, manage complex employee relations issues, and partner with Centers of Excellence to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years progressive HR experience
3 years managing others
3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
Knowledge of federal state local labor laws
Experience with union and non-union environments
Nice-to-have
PHR SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Workday HRIS experience preferred
Strong data analysis skills
Empathy and authenticity in leadership
Change management expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience
At least 3 years managing others
At least 3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws
