Job Summary

  • This role is a key member of the Centre of Excellence (COE) at People Corporation (PC), supporting employees across the organization as they adopt and use new systems.
  • The Client Support & Onboarding Specialist will ensure that PC employees feel confident using new platforms, receive timely assistance through live chat, and have a smooth onboarding experience with our tools and workflows.
