Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director immediately.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly reporting any suspected violations of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation for care plans and incidents
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with nursing and facility personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks and equipment usage
