Job Summary

  • The Smartsheet Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of Smartsheet within the organization, including creating workflows, automating processes, and maintaining project management documentation.
  • Serve as a hands-on expert with advanced features of Smartsheet, including Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Control Center and Blueprint Management, and monitor platform performance and integrations.
  • Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practice guides for varying user levels and continuously improve project management processes and Smartsheet administration.
