Job Summary

  • Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business comprised of accounts with the highest complexity.
  • Underwrite and skillfully negotiate the most complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external partners by regularly meeting in person with agents, brokers, and customers to market and sell Travelers products.
