Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Sciences
  • 5 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality, or Regulatory
  • Experience with process mapping, statistical, and reporting tools
  • Successfully leading cross-functional teams
  • Able to travel +75% of the time
  • 5+ years of management experience delivering consulting services
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement analytical tools/processes
  • Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and/or Champion certification
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in sales, service, or consulting
  • Proficiency using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Middleware
  • Familiarity with Roche Infinity
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • General understanding of IVD Laboratory Solutions
