Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture/Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or closely related field
  • At least three years of experience in facilities assessment, space audits, campus planning, or higher education space data collection
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and floor plans
  • Experience in Facilities Inventory and Classification Manual (FICM) space typologies
  • Experience with NACUBO functional categories
  • Experience developing data strategies or implementing database solutions
  • Experience building repeatable, standards-based reports/dashboards
  • Experience with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
