Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture/Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or closely related field
At least three years of experience in facilities assessment, space audits, campus planning, or higher education space data collection
Experience interpreting blueprints and floor plans
Experience in Facilities Inventory and Classification Manual (FICM) space typologies
Experience with NACUBO functional categories
Experience developing data strategies or implementing database solutions
Experience building repeatable, standards-based reports/dashboards
Experience with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
